Meditation and Mindfulness Sessions-Online or In-Person

Staying consistent with meditation is challenging. That’s why I focus on teaching easy-to-practice techniques that have inspired my students to meditate regularly and enjoy its numerous, life transforming benefits. Sessions are online or can be in person in the SF Bay Area.

I teach individuals, small groups and corporate teams. If you are in the SF Bay Area, you are very welcome to drop by for my popular, free weekly meditation sessions at select libraries. Each session is typically for 30 minutes, comprising meditation, mindfulness and answering questions from participants.
